- Cards for WE CARE: Hand made, blank cards are made for our soldiers in Afghanistan and shipped along with other items donated by the community in personal care packages. This provides them with a bit of home and the ability to write notes or letters to loved ones. For more information call Judy Dobler at 252-622-1751.
- Until the Whole World Hears: God is calling for Unity in His Body, the Church. In response, an event took place on July 23, 2011 titled Until the Whole World Hears at the Crystal Coast Civic Center in Morehead City. This worship event was a time for all believers and followers of Jesus Christ to come together in praise and worship, unified as the Body of Christ - regardless of denomination and regardless of any other barrier that could potentially divide His Body. The vision for Until the Whole World Hears is a time to bread down these "religious" barriers, coming together in love and unity to worship and celebrate the One who brings us all together - Jesus Christ!
The program included a keynote speaker and 1 or 2 headliner musical groups, local talent within the Church Body of Carteret County, and a time of testimony and witness. Ticket sales for the event provided a large share of the income needed to support the time together.
This was an awesome opportunity for each and every one of us to reach across denominations and to grow God's Kingdom as the Body of Christ is called to do in Matthew 28:19-20 "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
- Relay for Life: Each May, area churches, schools, ministries, businesses and other organizations come together with a common goal: to fight cancer and raise cancer awareness. All Saints usually fields one of the area's largest relay teams.
- Operation Christmas Child: In November, All Saints members pack dozens of gift-filled shoe boxes to be sent to children in need across the world. Samaritans Purse Relief International then distributes the boxes through local churches who share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with each child.

Holiday Bazaar: The All Saints' Annual Bazaar draws in artists and vendors from our community, offering unique arts and crafts, baked goods, home decorations, books and other items.
